The Sweetest Thing!

Here is why we were blessed with Thursday and Friday off. We got over a foot of snow! This winter has been so awesome! I love snow days and the past three years we haven't had many at all. This winter is making up for it!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

Daddy got me the best gift ever and am totally excited to take you to another Character meal while we are at Disney! You got chocolate, a Rapunzel barbie and a pop-up princess board game.

Saturday
Last night we went over to have a play-date with Jordyn. You both were having so much fun watching "Tangled," eating pizza and cupcakes, and playing Barbies!

Sunday
Today we went to the Red Brick Bakery for Afternoon Tea with Brenna and Miss Amanda. You loved everything, especially dessert! We had White Chocolate scones, turkey and raspberry sandwiches, grilled cheese and banana and graham crackers. For dessert we have chocolate covered marshmallows, ice cream brownies and heart-shaped cookies. We will be going back for a Mother's Day tea in May!

I had so much fun with you over these past 4 days off. We get one more day off together tomorrow!
I love you so much my little Valentine!
smoochies,
mommy

MORE SNOW DAYS!

And not just a little snow, we got over a FOOT of snow! Which made it not so much fun to play in since you kept falling down... Although you were happy to help daddy shovel the back porch.

A lot of our day was spent playing inside. You put together a great Taterhead today!
You had all the right parts in all the right places!

Tomorrow is Valentines Day!
So, thankfully we were able to squeeze in a family dinner at Cheddars to celebrate.
You will always be my Valentine. Whether you like it or not!

We have another snow day tomorrow! I get to spend all of Valentines Day with my little love!

all my love for you,
mommy

My little big girl....

So I hope you someday forget the painful right of passage that is getting your ears pierced.
You look like such a big girl!

Truly, I'm sorry and hope you'll forgive me. It broke my heart.

xoxo,
mommy

Disney Movie Night: Hercules

February 10th was our first Disney Family Movie Night of 2014. I wasn't kidding in the previous post when I said we are going again this year! Hopefully in August if all goes right with mommy's school schedule! We want to drive this time- so that will be an adventure all on its own!
We make leaf crowns and wore togas! We also had pitas for dinner!

Disney on Ice!

I just think your joy in every moment is amazing.
Here we go to see Disney on Ice: 100 Years of Magic in Baltimore.

You got to see all your favorites! They even had a nice, long "Mulan" part, which is a movie you want to watch all, the, time. It was really cool and you loved every minute of it.

lots of love,
mommy

Do You Want to Build a Snowman?

I'm not doing too well posting as often as I should..... so here is the last month or so!

GAMES AND PUZZLES
I was so thrilled when coming up with a list for Santa of what to get you for Christmas because most games are 3 and up. We have had so much fun playing all these different games with you. I have to say that your puzzle skill amaze me too!

POLAR VORTEX
We had a "Polar Vortex" day off January tth. It was SOOOOO cold! We didn't stay home all day though! We went to Isaacs and got Buffleheads!

YOUR FIRST STOMACH BUG
January 16
No bueno! You woke up early in the morning throwing up. It was the saddest thing. You didn't understand what was happening and why. It took a little while to get the concept of throwing up in the bucket too so mommy did lots of laundry. Luckily, it was just 12 hours of the throwing up. We watched lots of movies!

KISSES

AND HUGS

SNOW! SNOW! AND MORE SNOW!
We had two more snow days on January 21-22!
On the 22nd we ventured out to the mall to play at Tumbletown!

Mommy had a dress up day at work. Here is what you had to say about it:

You- "What's wrong with your eyebrows??" (Lots of blue eyeshadow!)
Then, during breakfast:

You- "But you don't have a crown on!"
Me- "So what does that mean?"
You- "That means you aren't a princess."
Me- "Oh."

Another snow day on February 3rd!
Thank goodness because we had a Super Bowl party at Nan and Paps and fell asleep a little after bedtime!

ICE, ICE, Baby!
Two and a half more days off of school. It was like an ice skating rink outside!

You said "Look what Elsa did!" (Which is the girl from the movie "Frozen")
We made special pancakes to celebrate our days off together!
Mommy made a mess and you really wanted "Mickey" pancakes.
Oh, did I mention, WE ARE GOING TO DISNEY WORLD AGAIN THIS FALL?!?!

Because we are :)

I am so thankful for all these snow days because I love spending time with you.

hugs and kisses,
mommy
